Anahata Yoga Retreat is magical place perched high on the hills above Takaka looking out over Golden Bay and the Abel Tasman National Park. It’s a place to learn more about yoga, to relax and rejuvenate, to meditate, to detox, to eat vegetarian meals, meet like-minded people and immerse yourself in nature. Anahata Yoga Retreat is visited from people all over the world seeking learn from the lovely people who live, share and teach the yogic lifestyle.
SunRoom met with the team at Anahata in 2017 to discuss updating their CMS and moving their giant content ladden website to WordPress. Their website had originally been built in 2007, continually added to year after year and had the most confusing labyrinth of pages linked to together with content links and limited navigation. We had our work cut out for us!
The new website embraces the warm, positive feel of Anahata. The retreats and events are booked using Checkfront Booking System. The store is was built on the WooCommerce platform, the most popular eCommerce platform on the web (stats from Builtwith).
